• Visa & Immigration — Investor visas, work visas, business visas, family visas, immigration cards, and NOC processing
• Banking Assistance — Corporate bank account opening, merchant account setup, and QR code/VAT invoicing guidance
• Business Centers — Virtual offices, co-working spaces, and serviced office solutions in Doha

The scope of each engagement is defined in the individual service agreement or quotation provided to the client.

3. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Pay agreed fees — All service fees and government charges must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule

• Government fees — Government charges and third-party fees are passed through at cost and are clearly itemised

• Payment terms — Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement and may include advance payments for government fee submissions
• Refund policy — Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Professional service fees are subject to the terms of your individual agreement

5. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific processing times for government applications, as these are subject to the discretion and schedules of Qatar government authorities
• We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
• We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, banks, or other third parties regarding your applications
• Changes in Qatar laws, regulations, or government policies that affect your application are beyond our control
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question
